Once you are a pole dancer, you just cannot miss aerial hoop lesson. It has many similar moves and it is considered as an easier version of »aerial« sports. Even though I tried it a maximum five times, I already did quite some nice moves on the hoop. Check out the whole video!
As I promised in a previous post, I will tell you more about my experience with fly or so-called aerial yoga. The reason for writing about yoga is that I put pole dance classes on hold due to private reasons which I will tell you next time.
Last months I tried very hard to progress from my intermediate level to advance pole dance level. This would mean a huge step towards my goals and also to be able to teach intermediate students someday in the future.
