Sick days are gone and I am more than ready to go back on track with my daily training. Since I have less than a week until next travel, I have to do some hardcore workout. Nothing is better than Muay Thai lessons!
Once you are a pole dancer, you just cannot miss aerial hoop lesson. It has many similar moves and it is considered as an easier version of »aerial« sports. Even though I tried it a maximum five times, I already did quite some nice moves on the hoop. Check out the whole video!
